Because we know you need your mirror to arrive safely, securely and in good time we use a private fragile freight company. The company has been tried, tested and proven to deliver goods in perfect condition and right on time.
Your delivery cost
If you live anywhere in the UK Mainland then the price quoted on our site includes delivery
If you live further afield just drop us an e mail or give us a call and, once we have the details, we can give you an accurate delivery cost and timescale. We are happy to deliver overseas.
Your delivery timescale
If you want your mirror to be delivered to the UK mainland it will normally be delivered within five working days of receipt of your payment.
You will be contacted beforehand to agree a date and time.
If you need express delivery, please drop us a line or give us a call to see what arrangements we can make on your behalf.
Accepting your delivery
You may notice that the packaging has been re-taped. This is because the packages are often inspected for a second time before they are approved for delivery.
Please thoroughly inspect your goods for damage as soon as you receive them.
Once you accept them, either signed for or not signed for, we cannot take responsibility for any damage, or loss.
If you have any doubts please do not accept delivery. Just contact us and we will arrange for a replacement.
For your safety and security and that of the driver, delivery will be made only to the relevant address and only to the ground floor of the premises.
If, once you receive a mirror, you decide it is not for you after all we will be happy to replace it or give you a refund. The item must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.
Bespoke glass and mirror products
If you provide the measurements or template for a bespoke glass product, we will be unable to provide a refund unless the item is faulty.
